We
purchased a home in Scottsdale, AZ and it didn't come with a
warranty. It was kind of a fixer-upper so we wanted that peace of
mind that everything worked. We haven't had to use it yet (fingers
crossed) but when we do, I'm sure everything will go smoothly. I've
already been a happy Centurion Insurance customer for over 5 years
so I figured I'd go with them on our home warranty too. Giving them
a positive review for their new site is easy, I would recommend them
to my own friends and family.
